我的实测排法：周一到周四 2 小时全部给写代码，周五 1 小时复盘加 1 小时写公开日志，周末各拿 2 小时给推广和思考。 最大的坑是把 2 小时打散成"回消息+改小 bug+顺手重构"，一晚上过去主线毫无进展。现在的原则：晚上开工前先写下"今晚只做这一件事"。 你们的时间账是怎么记的？
讨论：7 天循环的目标，写"学会 X"还是"上线 X"？
第一个循环我的目标写的是"学会小程序开发"，结果证明这是个坑：学到什么程度算完成？没法验收。第二个循环我改写成"上线一个只有拍照和上报两个功能的小程序"，每天都知道自己离目标多远。 大家写循环目标的习惯是什么？有没有一些"一看就能验收"的写法可以抄？

不是求助帖，是分享帖。21 天连击断了那天特别沮丧，一度想注销。后来想通了：streak 的意义是"回来的时候还有人记得你"，不是"一天都不能断"。 重新开始的做法：把目标从"不断卡"改成"本月打卡 20 天"，允许自己请假。已经连续 6 天了。 给同样断过卡的朋友：断卡不丢人，注销才亏。
