Membership Terms

1. Services

The Community serves one-person companies and independent developers with a practice-oriented accountability service built on 7-day iteration cycles, including: community discussions, daily check-ins (build logs), the SKILL/SOP content library, in-house tools, Demo Day showcases, 7-day challenge camps, the AI iteration coach, and more. Membership is currently free to join; paid offerings such as Founder Seats are subject to what is published on the Founder Directory page. Features and forms of service may be adjusted as the product evolves; material adjustments will be announced in advance.

2. Accounts

• You shall provide truthful and accurate registration information and keep your password safe; all actions taken under your account are deemed to be your own conduct.
• Accounts are for your personal use only; lending, transferring, or sharing accounts is prohibited.
• For accounts that violate these Terms or the community rules, we reserve the right to warn, restrict privileges, suspend, or deactivate the account, and any fees already paid will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

3. Membership, Fees, and Payment

• Membership comprises four tiers — free, monthly, yearly, and Founder Seat (lifetime); prices are as displayed in real time on the pricing page;
• The Community is operated by Hangzhou Haixin Technology Co., Ltd. (Haixin Tech) and collects payments through a third-party payment channel; value-added tax invoices cannot be issued at this time, but payment vouchers and electronic receipts are available;
• Memberships redeemed with an activation code commence at the time of successful redemption;

4. Special Terms for the AI Iteration Coach

• Data processing: your conversation input is sent to a third-party large language model service to generate responses, and turns and token usage are recorded under your account; for details, see the Privacy Policy;
• Nature of output: AI-generated content is produced by a model and is for reference and inspiration only; it does not constitute professional commercial, legal, financial, or technical advice, and you shall exercise independent judgment as to any advice you adopt and bear the associated risks;
• Fair use: each tier is subject to a daily conversation-turn quota (as shown in the membership center), and Founder Seats are likewise subject to a daily cap to prevent abuse; where quotas are circumvented by technical means, or in cases of bulk scraping, automated abuse, or similar conduct, we reserve the right to suspend the service without refund.

5. User Content and Licenses

• You retain all rights to the content you publish, such as posts and check-ins;
• For operational and display purposes (such as featured-post collections, progress reports, and promotional materials), you grant the Community a non-exclusive license to republish the content you post, with attribution to you; if you do not wish certain content to be republished, you may contact us at any time to have it removed or made private (where the feature is supported);
• You shall not publish content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, discloses others' private information, or violates laws or regulations; when republishing others' content, you shall credit the source and obtain authorization where possible.

6. Community Rules

It is prohibited to publish: unlawful information; high-risk schemes such as fraud, pyramid selling, and Ponzi schemes; malicious advertising and flooding; personal attacks and discriminatory remarks; and harassment of any form. Violating content will be removed, and serious violations will result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for user-published content, the intellectual property rights in the Community's site design, SKILL/SOP content library, in-house tools, and operational materials belong to the Community. Content within your membership entitlement is for personal study only; bulk scraping, resale, or resale in course form is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Community makes no promise of any revenue, traffic, financing, or business outcome. The "7-day validation" methodology is a framework for action rather than a guarantee of returns; business results depend on your execution and market factors;
• Services are provided on an "as is" basis. In the event of temporary unavailability caused by force majeure, failures of third-party services (payment channels, large language model APIs, etc.), or system maintenance, we will restore service as soon as possible but bear no liability for indirect losses;
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Community's aggregate liability to you is limited to the total amount of fees you actually paid to the Community during the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes and Termination

Material changes to these Terms will be announced in advance. You may stop using the Community at any time and apply for a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy or deactivate your account; the Community may terminate the service where you materially breach these Terms or where required by law.
